For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside people through the moments that ask the most of them — a hard diagnosis, a caregiving season with no end in sight, a career that no longer fits, a grief that catches you sideways. I’m Donna Berry, a Life Coach, Spiritual Director, and Group Facilitator working with individuals, ministry leaders, clergy, certified lay ministers, and groups across Albuquerque and beyond, in person or by video.
I bring two disciplines to every conversation. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, I help you get honest about what’s really in your way, help you set a plan you’ll actually follow, and you will leave each session more confident than when you arrived. As a spiritual director certified in spiritual formation through the United Methodist Church, I sit with you in questions that don’t have tidy answers — grief, doubt, a faith that’s been shaken, a sense that God is asking something new of you.

For ministry teams and small groups that need to find clarity together — drawing out what the group already knows it wants to create, and helping every voice be heard along the way.
